Keyword / Affiliate Terms of Service.
Our terms of service are very easy, if you conduct yourself honestly you will never have any problems and will reap the benefits of these wonderful programs.
1. Keyword Relevancy - all of your keywords must be relevant to your site, if you are found to be in blatant or repeat violation your account will be terminated.
2. Account balance - Any account with a balance of $0.00 in both their Keyword and Affiliate accounts on the first day of any given month may be removed without warning, we will send you notification to the email address you provide for accounts with less than $1.00 approximately. 5 days prior to deletion. ForParentsOnly.com will not be held liable for losses in time or money if your account is removed because of lack of funds.
3. Adult related sites - Adult material, profanity, hacking (info or otherwise), Flame/ Hate sites, Copyright violations, warez, Illegal content of any sort, Computer Virus sites (anti-virus ok), Gambling or Casino sites, MLM marketing sites, and Home business scams are considered inappropriate to be included in the ForParentsOnly.com Index. Violation of this policy will be considered as fraudulent attempts on our server, repeat or blatant violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
4. Refunds - You may request a refund of the remaining balance of your pay-per-click account at any time, refunds will be subject to a $7.50 service charge and may be requested in writing to the address given in our privacy statement.
5. Transferred funds - Funds that are transferred from your affiliate account to your pay-per-click account will be treated as a deposit and subject to the same rules as such.
6.Affiliate payment - Funds earned from your affiliate program will be paid no later than 30 days after the 1st of any given month that your affiliate balance meets or exceeds twenty five dollars.
7.Affilite Links - We provide you with a basic set of links to use in your affiliation with us, you may modify these links to better suit your needs however all links must be in good taste and not force a person to click a link or offer to provide services for doing so.
8.Scripts and Popups - The use of scripts or script like devices to artificially inflate or impersonate true clicks will be considered fraudulent use our server and any violators will be prosecuted.
9.Spaming - The use of unsolicited e-mail or attempts to get an affiliate link listed in a site not owned by the user will result in termination of the users account.
10. Violation of Service - Violators of any of these terms of service will have thier account deleted and will forfeit any deposits or earned funds.
By use of this system you consent to monitoring for fraudulent activities and to have any and all legal matters requiring a public court system to be settled in the state of North Carolina, USA at your expense. In the event that any part of these terms of service are determined to be not binding then the rest shall survive in full effect and the court will use the best intent of remaining policies.
